Kyriacos Kokkinos appointed executive advisor to CL8 Board

CL8 has announced the appointment of Kyriacos Kokkinos, former Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation & Digital Policy, as Executive Advisor to its Board of Directors.

Kyriacos Kokkinos is an experienced C-level executive with strong background in technology, innovation policy, c-level management and corporate governance. He currently serves on the Board of several organisations in Cyprus and across Europe and he is also a Member of the Executive Committee of the Governing Board of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), as well as on the Board of Trustees of the Cyprus Institute. He is a Certified International Director by INSEAD Business School.

He previously served as Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of the Republic of Cyprus (2020–2023) and as the country’s first National Chief Scientist for Research and Innovation. His global corporate career includes executive roles at IBM Europe, where he led regional and pan-European teams in digital strategy and transformation.
