Pafos FC Chairman Roman Dubov has stepped down from the position, but will continue to remain a shareholder and continue to support the club until the end of the current season.
As noted to a relevant post by the football club on social media, in his statement, Dubov emphasised that this decision comes with full confidence in the Club's direction, stability and long-term vision.
He said, “Pafos FC today stands on strong foundations, with a well-established structure and a healthy ecosystem that has been carefully built over the years. I remain fully committed to ensuring that this stability continues and that the Club maintains its path of growth and development.”
Dubrov also underlined his determination to remain actively engaged during this crucial period of the season, "Until the final day of this season, I will continue to do everything in my power to support the Club, ensuring that we remain focused, strong, and united in our objectives both on and off the pitch and will do all my best to secure the future of this club.”
Reflecting in his tenure, Dubrov expressed his sincere gratitude to everyone who has contributed to the Club's journey, “I would like to thank our players, staff, partners, and most importantly our supporters, for their trust, passion, and unwavering support throughout the years. Together, we have built something truly special. It was a fantastic journey and as Club Chairman I delivered every single promise I made.”
He concluded with a clear message of unity as the Club enters a decisive phase, “Now is the moment for all of us to stand together. I call on everyone connected to Pafos FC to unite and support the team until the very end of the season. There will be no changes until the end of the season, with the same staff, players, coaching team, and board remaining in place. Together, we move forward, and we must remain united through both good and challenging times.”
