EIB Vice-President visiting Cyprus on 31 July to sign second loan tranche

The Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), Kyriakos Kakouris, will be in Cyprus on an official visit on 31 July.

According to a press release issued by the Ministry of Finance, the purpose of the visit is to sign the second tranche of a €100 million loan under the €200 million Loan Agreement between the Republic of Cyprus and the European Investment Bank to finance road infrastructure projects of the Department of Public Works.

The signing of the Loan Agreement will take place at the Ministry of Finance on Thursday, 31 July, at 11:00 a.m., the press release concluded.
