Wargaming wraps Game Monetization Course 2025

Nicosia-based gaming giant Wargaming has wrapped its Game Monetization Course 2025 - "and what an incredible 14-week journey it's been", it said on its LinkedIn.

From foundational models to advanced strategies, this cohort explored the full spectrum of what makes game monetization both sustainable and player-centric.

  • 14 weeks of structured, expert-led learning
  • 14 in-depth modules covering every key monetization lever
  • A final assessment to bring it all together

"We dove into everything from IAP design and ad monetization, to player segmentation, retention economics, and ethical monetization frameworks," the company said. "The creativity, commitment, and strategic thinking from our students were nothing short of inspiring."

It thanked Ilya Maryasov, Lead Data Analyst for War of Tanks Marketing/Analytics, and the course trainer.

"Ilya brought a powerful combination of analytical depth and real-world monetization expertise to every session," it said. "His ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies gave our learners a rare and invaluable perspective. His contribution was a key driver of this program's success, and we're incredibly grateful."

Next up: putting it all into practice. "It's time to build, test, and refine monetization strategies that balance player experience with business goals," Wargaming concluded.
