Temperature to reach 41 degrees inland on Tuesday

The temperature will reach 41 degrees Celsius inland on Tuesday, 22 July, with the Meteorology Department issuing a yellow warning for extreme maximum temperature, in effect from noon until 5pm.

According to the warning, "the maximum temperature is expected to rise to around 41 degrees Celsius inland and around 33 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains."
