Cypriot company El Greco has undertaken the import and installation of selected wooden equipment for the residences and workspaces at The Landmark Residences and The Landmark Offices.
The Landmark Towers, owned by MHV – Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, a leading organisation in the field of luxury hospitality and premium real estate in the Eastern Mediterranean, is a landmark project for Cyprus.
"The selection of leading and reliable partners, such as El Greco,, is fundamental to the successful completion of a project that is expected to be a model of quality, sustainability, and architectural excellence," an MHV announcement noted.

As the interior design is a determining factor for the aesthetics and functionality of each space, El Greco, one of the leading Cypriot companies in the furniture industry, is contributing substantially to the implementation of The Landmark Towers project, having undertaken the import and installation of kitchens, cabinets, doors and wooden cladding, MHV points out.
El Greco Contracts Ltd was founded by Costas Hadjidamianos in Nicosia in 1987 and has since then stood out in the field of importing indoor and outdoor furniture. The company is constantly expanding its collection of branded products, offering choices from the most famous names in the world of design.

As MHV points out in its announcement, El Greco promotes dynamic design through products that combine innovative manufacturing techniques and meticulous craftsmanship. "Its collections impress with their originality, while each El Greco piece we encounter has carved out its own identity," the announcement adds.
El Greco has been active in Greece since 2000 and has implemented significant projects, including luxury residences, commercial spaces, hotels, and high-end public buildings.

The collaboration with El Greco relied on the selection of leading Italian brands, ensuring both The Landmark Residences and The Landmark Offices offer excellent quality and a sophisticated design that highlights the elegance and taste of the space, MHV underlined.
The kitchens of the project were selected by the renowned Italian company Meson's, known for its contemporary design and high-quality construction. Their products stand out for their soft-lacquer matte finish and surfaces made of authentic Carrara marble, offering elegance and timelessness to the space.

They incorporate advanced systems such as touch handles and push-to-open mechanisms, built-in LED lighting for practicality and atmosphere, as well as soft-close mechanisms on doors and drawers, which ensure quiet operation and reduced wear over time. In addition, V100 panels are used, which offer excellent moisture resistance and tightness, enhancing the durability and long-term performance of the kitchen.
The interior doors are from Boffi /ADL, with a careful selection of finishes. Innovative elements, such as the self-braking system and the slide control, provide technical excellence and maximise functionality. Every construction detail, from the hinges to the locks and the metal supports, has been designed with absolute precision for maximum safety and reliability.

The bedroom wardrobes, with modular design, soft-close hinges, come from SanGiacomo. The renowned Italian house is famous for its functional storage solutions, which adapt to individual preferences and effectively utilise any available space. The selected models, Liscia Hinged Doors and Bellavista Walk-in closets, stand out for their design and reliability.
All three of the above brands have internationally recognised certifications for their quality and sustainable practices, which are consistent with MHV's highest standards for the equipment at The Landmark Towers.
As the official supplier of the project, El Greco confirms its reputation for innovative solutions, high material durability and unique design that upgrades the overall living and working experience.
