The official launch of Family Office Connect Cyprus (F.O.C.) has taken place, marking the establishment of a specialised network for Family Offices with the ambition of positioning Cyprus as a premier hub for their set-up and operations.

The focused event was held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Limassol on 19 June, and opened with welcome remarks by Theodoros Papperis, Chairman of the F.O.C. Board of Directors, a relevant announcement noted.

Keynote speeches followed by Stavros Stavrou, President of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry – CCCI, Evgenios Evgeniou, Chairman of Invest Cyprus, and Kyriacos Michaelides from Alpha Bank, who highlighted Cyprus' strategic position as a competitive jurisdiction for the establishment and growth of Family Offices within a favourable regulatory and investment environment.

During the presentation, F.O.C. outlined its mission to advance a tailored legal and tax framework aligned with international best practices. At the same time, it aims to actively support the relocation of international Family Offices to Cyprus by providing access to appropriate infrastructure, premium services, and a high quality of life.

The event, sponsored by Alpha Bank, concluded with a networking reception, offering guests the opportunity for meaningful exchanges and the creation of new partnerships.
