House Prices Index down 1% in Q4, 2024 compared to previous quarter

The House Prices Index recorded a decrease of 1% the 4th quarter of 2024, compared to the previous quarter, according to preliminary estimates published by CySTAT. 

This is the largest quarterly decrease since the 4th quarter of 2022.

The House Prices Index for the 4th quarter of 2024 amounts to 112.47 units. Compared to the Index for the corresponding quarter of 2023, an increase of 2.3% was recorded.
