Sophic expands investment offering with the launch of Money Market Funds (MMFs)

Sophic, the investment platform powered by Athlos Capital has announced the launch of Money Market Funds (MMFs).

According to the announcement, MMFs is "a new low-risk investment option designed to offer smarter cash management for everyone. MMFs come as an additional option to the already very successful Treasury Bills and Government Bonds."

Money Market Funds are mutual funds that invest in cash, cash equivalents and high-quality, short-term debt instruments. They do not have a fixed maturity, making them a flexible and liquid alternative for managing excess cash while earning competitive yields, the company continues in its announcement.

“Our mission has always been to help people utilise their wealth in the most efficient way– easily, transparently, and on their own terms. The introduction of MMFs reflects our commitment to expanding smart, low-risk investment solutions that work for everyone,” said Yiannos Petri, Founder of Sophic.

With the addition of MMFs, Sophic users can benefit from:

  • Safety: Exposure to low risk diversified investments
  • Attractive returns: MMFs are currently offering competitive returns
  • Liquidity: Easy access to funds at any time
  • Diversification: Investments across high-quality short-term financial assets

Whether you’re looking for a safe place to allocate your cash while earning attractive returns, MMFs offer a practical and efficient solution — directly through the Sophic platform.

At Sophic, we continue to redefine investing by making it easy, inclusive, and rewarding for all.
