Unveiling Cyprus’ Generation Z: A new research initiative by Leonidas Alexandrou

Corporate trainer and business consultant Leonidas Alexandrou has announced the launch of a study focusing on Cyprus' Generation Z, titled "A Pioneering Perspective on Gen Z: The First Comprehensive Study in Cyprus."

The study aims to uncover the unique trends, behaviours, and aspirations of young Cypriots, offering valuable insights to better understand and support this generation.

Unlike existing research, which predominantly relies on data from the United States and the United Kingdom, this study considers Cyprus' distinct cultural, social, and economic landscape. With its strong family ties and deep-rooted traditions, Cypriot society shapes a unique identity for Generation Z—one that this research seeks to explore in depth.

Leonidas Alexandrou, who has extensive experience in leadership training and development and specialises in neuroscience, stated: “The need for Cyprus-specific data is vital. Through this research, we will gain deeper insights into our youth and develop strategies that truly align with their real needs.”

The findings of the study, expected to be published in early April 2025, will have a positive impact on various sectors, including business, education, and policy-making, ensuring that decisions are based on accurate and relevant data.
