Marina Hadjimanolis signs two MoUs in Oman

Deputy Minister of Shipping Marina Hadjimanolis signed two Memoranda of Understanding during her official visit in Muscat.

According to a LinkedIn post by the deputy ministry, the MoUs were signed between the Shipping Deputy Ministry of the Republic of Cyprus and the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology of the Sultanate of Oman, on issues of cooperation in the field of maritime and mutual recognition of certificates of competency of officers of merchant ships issued by the competent authorities of Cyprus and Oman.

“The MoUs confirm the mutual will of the Governments of both countries, to strengthen their cooperation at bilateral level, as well as in the context of their participation in the international organizations,” the post concluded.
