Cyprus is a top investment destination, and Invest Cyprus plays a crucial role in supporting businesses throughout their investment journey, said Marios Tannousis, CEO of Invest Cyprus.

According to a press release from Invest Cyprus, Tannousis was speaking during a discussion with Ministers from Greece, Egypt, and Cyprus about bilateral and trilateral cooperation and funding sources, within the framework of the trilateral summit of Cyprus, Greece, and Egypt held in the Egyptian capital last week.

During the discussion, Tannousis presented the topic "Business Opportunities and Activities in Egypt, Cyprus, and Greece," emphasising Cyprus as a top investment destination, the stability offered by its EU membership, and the crucial role of Invest Cyprus in supporting businesses throughout their investment journey.

Together with Tannousis, Hossam Heiba, CEO of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), and Marinos Giannopoulos, CEO of Enterprise Greece, made presentations regarding business opportunities and conducting business activities in their respective countries, Egypt and Greece.

Tannousis emphasised that "with the creation of strategic partnerships between Cyprus, Greece, and Egypt, we are shaping a platform that promotes sustainable development and collective prosperity, offering businesses the opportunity to grow and thrive in the region."

The Trilateral Summit emphasised the importance of regional cooperation in addressing challenges and promoting economic development, while Invest Cyprus confirmed its role as a pillar in attracting international investments, the press release concluded.
