Christodoulides to meet UN digitaries, China's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Chevron delegation in New York

President, Nikos Christodoulides, who is continuing his contacts in New York, will on 26 September hold meetings, among others, with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, with a Chevron delegation and with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, while he will also attend a lunch with members of the business community.

More specifically, according to a press release issued by the Presidency, the President of the Republic is to have a meeting with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, and afterwards meet with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset.

Later on, the President of the Republic is to have a meeting with a delegation of the American Jewish Committee, led by Ted Deutsch, it is added.

Later, Christodoulides will sit down to a business lunch at the American Express Club.

In the afternoon New York time, President Christodoulides is to meet with a delegation of Chevron, headed by the Vice President of the International Department of the company, Frank Casalo, followed by a meeting with China’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Wang Yi.
