BidX1 property auction coming up on 31 July

BidX1, the digital property investment platform, has announced that it will hold a large auction of Cypriot real estate on Wednesday, 31 July, offering property hunters a wide selection of investment opportunities across the island.

The innovative PropTech company launched the new catalogue this week, which features more than 50 assets across a range of price points, including houses and apartments, commercial investments and development land.

To take part in the upcoming sale on 31 July, interested parties must pre-register on the BidX1 platform, providing proof of identification and proof of address, as well as a deposit that will be retained only if the bidder is the successful purchaser on the day of sale. Unsuccessful bidders will receive a full refund.
