Located at the town’s Old Port, Roe and Bone opened its doors to the public in March. “With a commitment to culinary innovation and unwavering hospitality, we welcome you to a transcendent dining journey with Mediterranean-inspired dishes with a worldly influence,” it says on its website.

With a view of the ocean and the old port, the recently renovated restaurant and oyster bar is characterised by refinement, high aesthetics and modern architecture and design. Inspired by Mediterranean, French and Asian cuisine, Roe and Bone serves select dishes, including oysters, fresh fish, sushi, steak and signature cocktails.
