Royal Caribbean International debuts Icon of the Seas

Royal Caribbean International’s Icon of the Seas made her much-anticipated arrival in Miami on 10 January, with the company announcing that its South Florida offices welcomed her to PortMiami in style.

“More than 50 years ago we made history when we introduced one of the world’s first purpose-built cruise ships, Song of Norway, right here at PortMiami,” Royal Caribbean International said on its social media. “Here we go, again, making history with a ship that is the culmination of everything we have learned over more than 50 years of delivering the best vacation experiences responsibly.”

The company promises the Icon of the Seas will usher in a new era of family vacations.
