A new high-rise luxury residential development in Limassol is in the works.

It concerns a new tower, named 'Westminster Residences', which will be constructed in the tourist area of the Municipality of Germasogeia and at a distance of only 200 meters from the sea.

The development was given the go-ahead for construction and operation by the Department of Environment in November 2021 and is scheduled to be completed by 2025.

The owner company of the project is CYAGAMA LTD and, as stated in the submitted Environmental Study, the cost of implementing the project is estimated at €40 million.

What will it include?

Westminster Residences will have a total of 25 floors, with 65 apartments and two more penthouses.

The penthouses will be on three levels, offer exclusive city views, and have private roof gardens and infinity pools.

Residents of Westminster Residences will be able to enjoy a range of luxury amenities including a swimming pool, spa, lounge/barbeque areas as well as a plaza with green spaces and gardens.

Also, the 16th floor of Westminster Residences will house a sky garden as well as a restaurant.

The architectural design

The project is designed to look like a floating structure above the waterfront while seamlessly blending sky, sea, and land.

Conveying the feeling of luxury as well as elegance, the design of Westminster Residences focuses on the island lifestyle.
