Tototheo Maritime seeking Administrative Assistant

Specialising in maritime technologies and services with the goal of optimising vessel and fleet performance, Tototheo Maritime is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for its Limassol headquarters.

According to the company’s advertisement for the position, “As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an essential role in contributing to the team’s success. You will work directly with the Head of the Office of the CEO to provide exceptional administrative support that is necessary to achieve the CEO’s objectives. This will involve performing a diverse range of clerical and administrative tasks.”

According to Tototheo Maritime, to excel in this role, the successful candidate must “maintain a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within the specified timeline. You will collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.”

Main duties and responsibilities include, amongst others, facilitating travel arrangements by managing bookings for flights, rental vehicles, as well as hotel and restaurant reservations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail; providing administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.; and assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

The desire qualifications, meanwhile, include, among other things, excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral); ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
