Guru: First residences at the luxurious Platres resort to be delivered in 2024 (pics)

Construction at the luxury Guru Mountain Resort in Platres is underway with DTA Group’s €98 million project covering 56,150 sq.m.

The first of the mansions, luxury homes, chalets and apartments making up the resort are anticipated to be delivered in January 2024.

The company recently published photos showing the progress of the work, which is anticipated to further upgrade the Platres area, and images of how the project is expected to look once completed.

Available for sale are, among others, the Pine Valley Houses, Alpine Sky Houses, and Azure Hill Houses.

Alpine Sky Houses

Inspired by the Alps, these three-bedroom homes (with an additional room for staff) stand out with their unique style.

The villas stand out from the main complex by combining strongly modern lines with modern decoration while enjoying a mountain view.

Pine Valley Houses

With a new take on the traditional, Guru's Chalets overlook the surrounding forests and nearby mountains.

They are spacious spaces with an inspiring interior style.

The Scandinavian look is characterised by a focus on functionality and simplicity, with natural wood accents that create a perfect connection with the surrounding nature.

Azure Hill Houses

These consist of luxurious 3-7 bedroom residences with a distinct design.

The net spaces of the modern homes range from 327-713 sq.m., while the total spaces stand at between 454-1,090 sq.m.
