Construction work at Silicon Park, Imperio’s mixed-use development in Agios Athanasios, Limassol, is progressing at a rapid pace, following the signing of a construction agreement between Imperio and contractor A & A Apostolidis.
The project comprises three residential buildings offering studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two office buildings covering a total area of 15,000 sq m. Prices start from €245,000 + VAT.
One of the development’s key advantages is the convenience it offers residents in their everyday lives. The gym, daycare centre, co-working spaces, restaurant and swimming pool are all located within Silicon Park, allowing residents to move from one activity to another in just a few steps, without needing a car. Some of Limassol’s leading private schools are also nearby, helping families reduce the number of daily journeys they need to make across the city and spend less time in traffic.
The development has received BREEAM certification, an internationally recognised standard for assessing the buildings’ environmental performance, focusing on energy efficiency and the quality of the everyday experience within and around them.
