Around 160 foreign nationals come to Cyprus from Haifa on cruise ship

A cruise ship with around 160 people that has sailed from the Israeli port of Haifa was expected to arrive at the port of Limassol early on Tuesday, 17 October.

The exact number of Americans and other foreign nationals who would board the Rhapsody of the Seas cruise ship for transportation from Haifa to the port of Limassol has not been confirmed.

According to competent sources, around 160 people boarded the ship on Monday, 16 October, contrary to estimates for numbers that were close to the ship's capacity number.

This fact makes it easier to handle the procedures at the port of Limassol, which was ready to welcome a larger number of travellers.

The cruise ship was expected to arrive at the port of Limassol at around 6am on Tuesday, 17 October.
