Dutch-owned JPB Group, based in Paphos, has announced the full acquisition of GENESIS LOGISTICS Cyprus, strengthening its presence in the Cypriot market and laying the foundations for further growth in the logistics sector.
With the acquisition of 100% of the shares of GENESIS LOGISTICS, JPB Group now also consolidates its presence in Cyprus, transferring its many years of experience, know-how and wide range of specialised services to the local market.
The group's business plans for Cyprus are not, however, limited to the development of activities in the logistics sector. As part of its expansion strategy, it has already proceeded with the purchase of land plots, which are intended for the development of logistics infrastructure, signaling broader investment intentions in the Cypriot market.
JPB Group is a multifaceted family group, which includes specialised companies operating in a wide range of industrial and logistics services.
Specifically, through JPB Logistics, it provides tank storage and storage services for liquid bulk cargoes and hazardous materials, while JPB Industrial Services specialises in industrial cleaning, high-pressure and chemical cleaning, as well as asbestos removal.
At the same time, JPB Parts & Components Cleaning offers specialised cleaning services for parts and industrial parts, using thermal pyrolysis, ultrasonic and industrial washing systems, while the group also has its own technology solutions company, JPB IT Solutions.
The combined know-how of the group's companies allows the provision of integrated solutions to its partners, utilising specialized staff, certified professionals and modern facilities, mainly in the north of the Netherlands but also in other markets.
