Demetra Holdings Plc has announced that Mark Klerides has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company and the Boards of Directors of the Group's subsidiaries.
According to the 21 July notice to the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the resignation is effective immediately.
"The Board of Directors expresses its sincere gratitude to Mr. Mark Klerides for his service and contribution and wishes him every success in his future endeavors," the company's notice concluded.
Klerides holds the position of Director at CMK Eurofinance and Finance Director at Oceanfleet Shipping Ltd / Global Carriers Ltd
He also led the successful Cypriot bid to host FIBA EuroBasket 2025 and chaired the EuroBasket 2025 Organizing Committee.
