Total beer deliveries from breweries recorded a decrease of 2.7% in June 2026 compared with June 2025, mainly due to a sharp decline in exports of 38.3%, according to data published by CySTAT.
Specifically, total beer deliveries (domestic market and exports) amounted to 4,716,070 litres in June 2026, compared with 4,846,927 litres in June 2025, representing a decrease of 2.7%.
Beer deliveries to the domestic market declined by 0.8% year-on-year in June 2026, reaching 4,564,749 litres.
In contrast, beer exports from Cypriot breweries recorded a significant drop of 38.3%, falling to 151,321 litres from 245,087 litres in June 2025.
Compared with the previous month, total beer deliveries increased by 7.4%, or 326,421 litres.
