Commission for the Protection of Competition has announced that a notification of a concentration has been received from the companies Voici La Mode Ltd and Symeonides Fashion House Limited for the creation of the company Retail Cura Holding Limited.
Voici La Mode Limited is registered in the Republic of Cyprus and is the representative (franchisee) of the well-known clothing, fashion and other products brand Marks & Spencer (M&S) for the Nicosia District.
Symeonides Fashion House Limited is registered in the Republic of Cyprus and is the representative (franchisee) of the well-known clothing, fashion and other products brand Marks & Spencer (M&S) for the other districts of Cyprus apart from Nicosia.
Retail Cura Holding Limited is a newly established company, which will be controlled by Voici La Mode Ltd and Symeonides Fashion House Limited and will conduct M&S's activities in Cyprus and Romania.
