Ellinas Finance officially becomes the first Cypriot company to be listed on the newly established NSE International Exchange (NSE IX) of India, a platform that caters to companies not registered in India.
Speaking to CBN and InBusinessNews, the CEO of Ellinas Finance, Nearchos Petrides, highlighted that “the fact that we became the first company to list its shares on the NSE International Exchange of India is a responsibility we approach with discipline and a long-term perspective.”
The company’s listing ceremony took place on Wednesday morning in the presence of the Ellinas Finance CEO Petrides, company Director Evi Rossidou, and the Secretary General of the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), Philokypros Rousounides, who also rang the ceremonial bell.
Prior to the ceremony, the three held a meeting with a delegation from the Indian Stock Exchange.
“It reflects the strength of our governance, the maturity of our operations, and our ambition to position Ellinas Finance within a more globally connected capital markets environment,” Petrides added.
“The listing of Ellinas Finance on the NSE International Exchange of India is a significant milestone that strengthens our commitment to innovation, transparency, and sustainable growth,” he concluded.
