Jet2 – TUI Musement: Joining forces and promising a revolution in vacations

British company Jet2, one of the leaders in the field of travel packages and flights to leisure destinations, recently announced a major strategic partnership with TUI Musement, the  TUI Group's digital tours & activities platform, which offers travellers the opportunity to book excursions, attraction tickets and activities at the destination, before or during their vacation.

The agreement aims to transform the way travellers plan and enjoy their vacations, adding thousands of experiences and activities to their destinations. It is a revolution in the vacation sector, people from the two organisations emphasise.

How will it work?

TUI Musement’s platform will form the core of Jet2’s new digital ‘Experiences’ environment, allowing customers to search for and book activities and excursions from the moment they book through to their stay in the destination. The range includes everything from water park tickets and boat trips, city tours and off-road adventures and much more, at more than 75 destinations internationally.

For travellers, this means they can complete their trip planning in one place, without having to search for separate services for activities or attraction tickets once they arrive at their destination. Bookings will be made via the new ‘Experiences’ website and Jet2 app, aiming to create a more complete and flexible holiday experience.

This collaboration, as its initiators emphasise, strengthens Jet2's position in the leisure travel market, underlining not only flights and holiday packages, but also the experiences and activities that travellers are looking for today, while also strengthening TUI Musement as a primary B2B partner in the tours & activities sector.

This new service is expected to become available gradually throughout 2026, initially for customers booking trips directly from the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays platforms, while access for bookings originating through independent travel agents will follow in a later phase.
