Retail trade up 3.3% in value and 4.1% in volume in February

The Turnover Value Index of Retail Trade for February 2026 increased by 3.3% compared to the corresponding month of the previous year, according to data published by CySTAT.

For the same month, the Turnover Volume Index of Retail Trade increased by 4.1%, compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.

The first two months of the year, the Turnover Value Index of Retail Trade went up 5.9%, compared to the same period of 2025.

Moreover, during January and February 2026, the Turnover Volume Index of Retail Trade went up 6.8%, compared to the same months during 2025.
