A new chapter in Larnaca 's hotel sector marks the opening of Warner Boutique Hotel, the Dinglis Hotels Group's new hotel venture.
Warner Boutique Hotel, located in the center of Larnaca, is a new hospitality proposal exclusively for adults.
With a boutique identity and a design approach inspired by Cypriot tradition, it combines local aesthetics with modern luxury and high-end accommodation.
This is an investment by Andreas Miltiades Dinglis in his hometown, which adds value to Larnaca's hotel footprint and demonstrates, in practice, his confidence in the city's potential and prospects.
At the same time, the Group’s General Manager, Haris Misos has already turned his attention to the next step, with the promotion of the new Dinglis Beach Suites project, which is expected to further expand the group's presence in Larnaca, maintaining the same commitment to quality and high standards
At a particularly important moment for Larnaca, the inauguration of the Warner Boutique Hotel took place earlier this week, in the presence of the Mayor of Larnaca, Andreas Vyras.
The opening of the Warner Boutique Hotel adds to the new investments that strengthen the profile of Larnaca, a city that is constantly evolving and gaining an increasingly strong position on the map of quality hospitality.
Exclusively for adults 21+, the new hotel experience offers a sophisticated retreat for those who value comfort, privacy and elegance.
With a history since 1988 in London
The story of Dinglis Hotels Ltd begins in London in 1988, with a vision shaped not only by investment but also by social purpose. Mr. Dinglis founded the company with the belief that real estate could play a greater role, creating meaningful social value through responsible property development and management.
The company's first chapter focused on managing HMO (Houses in Multiple Use) properties in various areas of London. Through close collaboration with local councils, these properties provided safe housing for vulnerable people and the homeless, addressing a critical social need within the city.
At the height of this period, the company managed over 500 residences, playing an active role in supporting communities while laying the foundations of a resilient and purpose-driven business.
The proceeds from this activity allowed the company to move into a new phase, systematically acquiring assets and building a portfolio of approximately 300 privately owned units. This marked the end of municipal partnerships and the start of an independent, development-focused investment journey. Many of these properties were later renovated and resold, establishing Dinglis Hotels Ltd as a key player in property development and investment, with a clear commitment to long-term value creation.
