Wizz Air, a leading low-cost carrier in Central and Eastern Europe, has announced the further expansion of its Larnaca base for the Summer 2026 season, introducing a new destination and increasing flight frequencies on 12 existing routes, further enhancing Cyprus’ connectivity with Europe and the wider region.
The new Larnaca – Varna (Bulgaria) route will operate three times per week from 30 January to 17 June 2026, with fares starting from €24.99, providing passengers with even more affordable travel options.
At the same time, Wizz Air will increase flight frequencies on the following routes from Larnaca:
- Prague, Czech Republic – from 4 to 5 flights per week
- Abu Dhabi, HAE – from 2 to 3 flights per week
- Radom, Poland – from 2 to 3 flights per week
- London Gatwick, United Kingdom – from 4 to 7 flights per week (daily flights)
- Cluj-Napoca, Romania – from 2 to 3 flights per week
- Bucharest, Romania – from 7 to 8 flights per week
- Wroclaw, Poland – from 2 to 3 flights per week
- Iasi, Romania – from 5 to 6 flights per week
- Kutaisi, Georgia – from 7 to 8 flights per week
- Budapest, Hungary – from 9 to 10 flights per week
- Katowice, Poland – from 3 to 4 flights per week
- Yerevan, Armenia – from 14 to 15 flights per week
