The new generation of business leaders in Cyprus is not waiting for its turn. It is already present, shaping decisions, culture and strategy in modern business.
In this context, the presentation of major research by IMR/University of Nicosia™, implemented within the framework of the Gen Z & Millennial Project: The New Generation of Business Leaders in Cyprus, an emblematic project by IMH that is focusing on the new generation of decision-makers in the Cypriot business ecosystem, recently took place at the Hilton Nicosia.
The presentation of the highly interesting research was carried out by Christina Kokkalou, Founder and Managing Director of the IMR/University of Nicosia™, who highlighted the key areas explored by the study, focusing on the values, motivations, ambitions and priorities of the new generation of business leaders, as well as the challenges they face and the way they make decisions in the modern business environment.
The event was held in the presence and exclusively for the project partners who actively support the Gen Z & Millennial Project: European University Cyprus, Bank of Cyprus, PwC, Cablenet, as well as Mobility Partner Toyota. Findings of the research will be made public at a later stage.
The presentation confirmed that the new generation of leaders is no longer the "future" but the present of the Cypriot economy, redefining decision-making and modern business structures.
