On Sunday, 7 December, the kitchen of Ristorante Locatelli at AMARA will function like a well-rehearsed piano duet with four hands, two chefs, one culinary language as Dario Sutera, the restaurant's resident chef, welcomes the winner of Cyprus' Best Chef 2024, Jack Yiannakou, for a dinner built on the creative dialogue between Italian gastronomic intensity and Cypriot generosity.
'Made in Cyprus' is a menu created exclusively for this evening. Each dish combines technique, collective memory and Mediterranean inspiration. The subversive yet familiar menu will feature: homemade raviolo stuffed with lemon chicken, parmesan fondue and chicken demi-glace, 'souvla di porchetta' with spicy tahini, potatoes, relish and crispy puffed ciccioli and the crunchy phyllo dessert with coffee zabajone, chestnut ice cream and lemon. All together, they speak an authentic, familiar and creative language.
The experience can be enriched with a selected wine pairing, specially designed for the evening's menu.
