Louisa Ioannidou named CEO of TheSoul Media, a division of TheSoul Group

TheSoul Group (formerly TheSoul Publishing), the leading creator business platform and one of the world’s most viewed digital entertainment companies, has announced the launch of TheSoul Media, a new standalone division encompassing all of the company’s owned & operated (O&O) digital media brands as well as its creative agency.

As noted in the company's announcement, TheSoul Media will operate under TheSoul Group, alongside its other creator-focused divisions, including Underscore Talent and MediaCube. Collectively, TheSoul Group manages over 100 billion content views every month. 

Louisa Ioannidou, newly appointed CEO of TheSoul Media, will report to TheSoul Group’s CEO, Arthur Mamedov. In her new role as CEO, Ioannidou will oversee the company’s O&O media brands and its creative agency, with a strong focus on driving profitability and sustainable growth, while leading teams in a way that strengthens the company’s creative edge.

Ioannidou previously served as VP of Operations at TheSoul Publishing, where she oversaw remote production expansion, led management teams across multiple countries, and collaborated with executive leadership to align production with commercial strategy. She also applied data-driven decision-making in production and leveraged the company’s systems and technologies as a competitive advantage to streamline organisational processes.
