Foreign Affairs Minister Constantinos Kombos is travelling to Copenhagen to attend the informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers (Gymnich) on 29-30 August.
The meeting is being hosted by Danish Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen, as his country holds the presidency of the Council of the European Union in the current term.
A press release from the Ministry said that the informal meeting will focus, among other things, on “the continued Russian aggression against Ukraine, developments in the Middle East, including Iran, as well as the situation in Gaza”.
During his stay in Copenhagen, Kombos will have contacts with counterparts, as well as with other officials, the press release concludes.
