Commenting on the results, Pavlos Loizou, CEO of Ask Wire, noted: "The high-end property market performed exceptionally well in the first half of 2025. Comparing this period with the first half of 2024, we see a 16.8% increase in the total value of the 50 most expensive transactions. It’s encouraging to see strong and sustained interest in premium properties, with Limassol, Nicosia, and Paphos making significant contributions and Larnaca beginning to carve out its own momentum. This points to broad investor interest across districts, demonstrating both the sector’s resilience and the opportunities that Cyprus’ real estate market offers. Of particular note is the volume of high-value land sales with development potential, which we expect to see materialised soon by their new owners.”
