CYENS Centre of Excellence recently welcomed representatives from Infocredit Group Ltd for an insightful meeting, marking the beginning of a promising dialogue toward strategic collaboration.
During the visit, CYENS expressed its appreciation for Infocredit Group Ltd’s inspiring journey from a local startup to a globally recognised enterprise. The two organisations explored potential avenues for collaboration in areas such as AI integration, modular agent development, call centre technologies, and compliance platforms.
The meeting concluded with the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), with Prof. George Chrysanthou, General Director of CYENS, and Dr. Constantinos Neophytou, Innovation Leader at CYENS, joining Theodoros Kringou, Managing Director of Infocredit Group Ltd, and Dr. Stelios Komis, Risk Advisory Senior Manager at Infocredit Group Ltd, to formalise this shared commitment to innovation and partnership.

As part of the next steps, CYENS will provide Infocredit Group Ltd with a tailored overview of its teams’ capabilities in fields of mutual interest.
