Eleon Capital Management receives approval from CySEC to market the Yogini International Fund to retail investors in Cyprus

On 13 December 2024, it was announced that the Yogini International SUB-Fund, (“Yogini International Fund”) the second investment compartment of the YOGINI ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT FUND V.C.I.C. PLC was approved to market to retail investors by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC), as authorised with license number AIF90/2018.

The Yogini International Fund is now open for subscriptions even to Retail Investors and to Professional and Well-informed investors as originally approved by CYSEC. The AIF Fund follows a Multi-Strategy Real Estate (MULT_REST) orientated strategy and is placed under an Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) umbrella. The Yogini International Fund is the second innovative investment compartment of two (2) ambitious compartments of the umbrella AIF. The Yogini International Fund’s Fund Manager is Eleon Capital Management Ltd., which also performs Risk Management and Portfolio Management. The Depositary is Eurobank Cyprus Ltd., the Administrator is PwC Fund Services (Cyprus) Ltd. and the Fund’s Legal Advisor is Ch. P. Savvides & Associates LLC, with its Auditor being KPMG Cyprus Ltd.

The Fund's primary investment objective is to seek opportunities for investment in real estate and related assets, employing a diversified approach across various asset classes and jurisdictions. This includes income-generating properties, property development opportunities, and real estate-related financial instruments. The Sub-Fund considers a range of property types, such as residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use properties. Investments may include direct property ownership, REITs, real estate funds, and related securities. To ensure liquidity, the Sub-Fund maintains at least 10% of its assets in liquid assets. Diversification helps reduce the impact of individual asset performance and capitalises on emerging trends, aiming for consistent long-term returns.
