Construction material prices up 1.33% in June

An annual increase of 1.33% was recorded in June 2025 in the Construction Materials Price Index, which reached 119.03 units (base year 2021=100), according to Cystat.

On a monthly basis, the index marked a marginal rise of 0.07% compared to May. By main product category, price increases were observed in minerals (3.56%), mineral products (3.24%), and wood, insulation, chemical and plastic products (0.83%). In contrast, declines were recorded in metal products (-0.61%) and electromechanical items (-0.10%).

For the period January–June 2025, the index registered a cumulative increase of 1.25% compared to the corresponding period in 2024.
