The 8th edition of The Cyprus Journal of Wealth Management (WM) is now available here. Commissioned by Eurobank Cyprus and published by IMH, the new edition of WM includes interviews with experts from Eurobank’s various divisions/units and opinion pieces by professionals who share their insights on a variety of wealth management-related topics.

A particular highlight of this issue is the Business Talk feature which brings Irene Piki, Deputy Minister to the President, together with a group of prominent investors in Cyprus for a lively lunchtime discussion on how the country can strengthen its position as an international business hub. Readers are also offered a glimpse into the personal passions of three prominent entrepreneurs, who share their love for cycling, waterskiing and rally driving. The issue further shines a light on distinguished collectors: Alexey Gubarev who shares his impressive vintage car collection, and Symeon Kassianides who opens the doors to his home to showcase his growing art collection.

Other notable highlights include a day in the life of Nicosia Mayor Charalambos Prountzos and a visit to the architecturally striking home of Elina Kritikou and Kenzo Yamashita, who reflect on the vision behind its design. Meanwhile, Dominique “Nick” Capistrano Laconico and Charmagne Garcia-Laconico open their doors to discuss how they harmonise demanding careers with a fulfilling personal life. Art remains a central theme throughout this edition, with a special focus on art investment featuring guidance from an expert advisor, and interviews with five established artists from Cyprus and abroad. The issue also includes a feature on the Ambassadors of TELETHON in Cyprus who speak about the charitable organisation’s mission and values, as well as an exclusive look into the world of luxury yachting aboard the M/Y Iryna. Finally, this edition presents a series of exclusive interviews: The UAE Minister of Economy, Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri, explores the growing ties between Cyprus and his country; Cyta Chairwoman Maria Tsiakka Olympiou reflects on her personal journey to the top of the career ladder; Hermes Airports Chairman Christophe Petit discusses Cyprus’ airport transformation and Andrew Bird, the newly appointed CEO of Remedica, shares his perspective on Cyprus’ pharmaceutical industry.

Rounding off this edition on a more lifestyle note, UK-Cypriot TV chef Tonia Buxton explores the enduring appeal of Cypriot cuisine, filmmaker Stelana Kliris speaks about the international success of her Netflix release Find Me Falling, while Susanna Minotti, Head of the Interior Decoration Department at Minotti, talks about the company, which has just opened a new store in Limassol.
