3rd Cyprus International Technology Relocation Summit: Cyprus as a global technology hub
13:46 - 06 June 2025

With the participation of high-ranking executives from technology companies, decision-makers, and experts in the field of business and personal relocation, the 3rd Cyprus International Technology Relocation Summit will take place on 10 and 11 July 2025 at the Hilton Nicosia hotel, under the theme: “Cyprus: The New Global Tech & Innovation Hub.”
This is a premier gathering of representatives from the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector, aiming to highlight the strategic opportunities Cyprus offers as a relocation destination for companies, shareholders, executives, and employees in the tech industry.
Cyprus: At the Heart of the Technology Map
The rapid growth of the ICT sector in Cyprus – now contributing over 10% to the country’s GDP – has drawn the attention of hundreds of technology companies and professionals. Participants in the Summit will have the opportunity to explore the country’s competitive advantages across a broad range of topics: tax and legal frameworks, investment opportunities, immigration policy, quality of life, and premium services for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and families.
A Two-Day Experience of Networking and Insight
The conference opens on Thursday, 10 July, with a networking cocktail, exclusively for invited delegates and sponsors.
The second and final day, Friday, 11 July, will feature four thematic roundtable discussions focusing on Cyprus’s economy and investment environment, with contributions from policymakers and institutions such as Invest Cyprus and the Research & Innovation Foundation, the corporate landscape and establishment of technology enterprises in Cyprus, the benefits for shareholders, entrepreneurs, HNWIs, and employees, and finally, insights into living and working in Cyprus.
Particularly engaging will be case studies from leading technology companies already operating in Cyprus, showcasing the island’s strategic advantages in real-world terms.
The Future is Being Shaped in Cyprus
Through its ambitious Vision 2035 Framework, Cyprus aspires to become one of the world’s best places to live, work, and do business in. The 3rd Cyprus International Technology Relocation Summit reaffirms that the island not only has the necessary infrastructure and frameworks in place, but also the strong will to keep investing in technology and innovation.
Global Interest
The Summit is a continuation of the Republic of Cyprus’s efforts to establish itself as a global technology hub—a goal reinforced by the symbolic visit of the President of the Republic to Silicon Valley, and the interest shown by tech giants such as Amazon, NVIDIA, and Plug and Play in partnering with or relocating to Cyprus.
Who Should Attend
The Summit targets an international audience from Europe, the Middle East, and the Eastern Mediterranean, spanning sectors such as fintech, regtech, data management, entertainment, media, gaming, artificial intelligence, and telecommunications.
Also in attendance will be ICT consultants, legal and tax advisory firms, investment institutions, and corporate service providers.
