Eurobank, Fairfax Digital Services & Voicing.AI launch Europe’s first Agentic AI voice platform in Cyprus

Eurobank, in strategic collaboration with Fairfax Digital Services and Voicing.AI, has unveiled Europe’s first enterprise-grade agentic AI voice platform in Cyprus.

As noted in a relevant press release, "This breakthrough in digital transformation is a defining moment for Cyprus as an emerging hub of next-generation AI technologies."

Eurobank Group is a leading financial organisation with operations in Greece, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, and the UK. It holds €100.4 billion in total assets and operates 568 branches.

Voicing.AI is an agentic voice automation platform delivering real-time enterprise solutions through intelligent voice interfaces across IT, operations, and service support.

The press release noted that the launch coincided with the historic first state visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Cyprus-where he met with President of the Republic of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides, adding, "the launch underscores a new era of Indo-Cypriot cooperation, driven by innovation, digital trust and shared technological leadership."

A powerful vote of confidence

According to Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy, Dr Nicodemos Damianou, "The launch of Europe’s first agentic AI voice platform here in Cyprus marks a powerful vote of confidence in our country’s potential as a strategic hub for next-generation AI technologies—a crossroads where continents, talent, and ideas converge. It reflects our strong commitment to innovation and emerging technologies, as well as the growing trust of global partners in Cyprus as a gateway for AI advancement in Europe.

This milestone also highlights the deepening technological and strategic partnership between Cyprus and India, building up to the historic first visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Cyprus. Together, through collaboration and a shared vision, we are building a future where AI serves humanity—driving inclusive growth and transforming societies."

The platform, co-developed in Cyprus and India, empowers Eurobank employees to interact with intelligent voice agents for IT support and operational tasks, facilitating human-like conversations, contextual understanding, and autonomous task execution. This marks the first enterprise deployment of agentic voice AI in Southern Europe—ushering in a new standard for intelligent workplace automation.
