Multimarine participates in the DEFEA 2025 exhibition

Cypriot company Multimarine Services Ltd, a leading company in the field of shipbuilding and repair and industrial services, successfully participated in the leading international defence industry exhibition DEFEA (Defence Exhibition Athens) 2025, which took place from 6 to 8 May at the Metropolitan Expo in Athens.

As noted in a press release, Multimarine's participation in the DEFEA exhibition marks the company's strategic expansion in the Defence and Security sector, with an emphasis on providing specialised technical solutions and support for naval and industrial platforms, as well as the company's participation in major European Defence programmes.

During the exhibition, Multimarine presented its capabilities in the field of maintenance and upgrading of naval units, construction of precision metal infrastructures, as well as its experience in supporting high-demand projects for military and paramilitary structures. The participation attracted strong interest from international and European bodies, highlighting the technological modernization and operational readiness of the Cypriot company, the company's announcement noted.

"The decisive importance of the participation of Cypriot companies in the Defense industry was highlighted by the presence of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, and the Minister of Defence, Vasilis Palmas, who visited the Multimarine exhibition stand, as well as government bodies from other European countries," the press release added.

The CEO of Multimarine , Pavlos Phokas, stated that, "Our presence at DEFEA confirms Multimarine's potential to offer innovative, quality and certified services in the Defence sector. The know-how that we have developed over the years in the shipbuilding and repair sector allows us to meet the high demands of defence agencies, both in Cyprus and internationally."
