La Petite Maison Limassol debuts new weekend brunch menu

La Petite Maison Limassol, nestled inside the luxurious Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Limassol, recently celebrated the official opening of its dining terrace, where diners can, among other things, also enjoy a new weekend brunch menu.

Visitors can make the most of an alfresco dining experience with Mediterranean Sea views as the backdrop.

The new weekend brunch menu encompasses hors d'oeuvres including Croissant, Pain Au Chocolat, Brioche au Sucre, Raisin Danish and Assortment of Jams and French Butter; Huîtres, Tabasco Fumé, Maison et Quinoa Croustillant (Oyster with Homemade Smoked Tabasco and Crispy Quinoa); Toast à l’Avocat (Avocado, Focaccia Bread, Grilled Vegetables); Salade de Sucrine Avocat et Parmesan (Baby Gem Salad with Avocado and Parmesan); Carpaccio de Bar et Vinaigrette au Calamansi (Sea Bass Carpaccio with Calamansi Vinaigrette) and Escargots de Bourgogne (Snails with Garlic Butter and Parsley).

Main dishes include Oeufs Bénédicte au Homard (Toasted English Muffin, Lobster Hollandaise Sauce); Steak et Oeufs Provençal (Grilled Sirloin Steak, Sweet Harissa & Chimichurri, Provençal Eggs) and Filet de Daurade Grillé, Sauce Vierge (Grilled Sea Bream with Vierge Sauce).

These tasty dishes are accompanied by Pommes de Terre Grenailes Rôties (Roasted Pee-Wee Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese and Fresh Herbs).
For dessert, diners can look forward to Pain Perdu (French Toast with Spiced Chantilly) and Gaufres aux Fruits Rouges et Chantilly (Belgian Waffle with Fresh Berries and Mascarpone Chantilly).
