Demetris Tsiakkis: Cyprus’ real estate market exceeded €4b in 2024

Demetris Tsiakkis, Head of REO Business Development and Strategy, Altia, presented Cyprus’ investment potential at the 7th Doing Business in Cyprus Summit currently underway in Tel Aviv, revealing how the island’s real estate market exceeded €4b in 2024.

He also highlighted a significant expansion in the sector over the past four years, with 60% growth since 2020.
