Panos Evripidou Foundation hosts 2025 'Cycling for Preemies' event

The 9th annual 'Cycling for Preemies' organised by the Panos Evripidou Foundation in collaboration with the Mora Thavmata Association concluded with great success, with heartfelt emotion and a powerful turnout.

Held in memory of brothers Panos and Christian Evripidou, who were born prematurely, this year’s event took place on 18 May 2025.

More than 120 cyclists gathered to ride under the slogan “Every Pedal, a Wish” - a wish for every premature baby currently fighting for its life in Neonatal Intensive Care Units, with the hope of making it home soon.

To date, the Foundation has supported 220 children across Cyprus, many of whom suffer from serious health conditions. The financial assistance provided has now exceeded €410,000.

As a non-profit organisation, the Foundation continues its efforts tirelessly, turning every donation into an act of love and hope - offering smiles and a stronger start for the lives of premature children.

The Foundation’s President, Marlo Evripidou, stated, “On behalf of the Panos Evripidou Foundation, I sincerely thank all the cyclists, attendees and supporters who contributed in any way to this initiative. A special thank you goes out to our sponsors and partners - without their contribution, this event would not have been possible.”
