Foreign Affairs Minister paying UAE a working visit on 7-8 April

Minister of Foreign Affairs, Constantinos Kombos, will carry out a working visit to the United Arab Emirates on 7–8 April.

During his meetings, he will discuss issues of bilateral relations, regional developments, and the upcoming Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

According to an official press release, during the visit, Kombos will hold meetings, among others, with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as with the Minister of State for International Cooperation, Reem Al Hashimy.

The discussions will focus on Cyprus–UAE bilateral relations, regional developments, and the upcoming Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union during the first half of 2026.
