“The Glowmorous Dinner”: Charity Dinner by Karaiskakio Foundation and Ayia Napa Marina

The Karaiskakio Foundation and Ayia Napa Marina are co-organising again “The Glowmorous Dinner”. The Charity Gala that will be held on Saturday 21 June at 20:00, at the outdoor grounds of the Ayia Napa Marina Event Centre. The event is under the auspices of the President of the House of Representatives Annita Demetriou.

The Karaiskakio Foundation currently has the largest volunteer donor registry in the world in proportion to the population, with almost 1 in 4 Cypriots (Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot) included in it, while it has provided more than 800 transplants to patients from 36 different countries, regardless of their colour, religion, nationality, creating bridges of life.

Aiming to serve the needs of vulnerable groups of patients, it offers specialised diagnostic tests to patients with haematological malignancies, children with cancer, patients with central nervous system tumours, breast, bowel, lung cancer and many other rare types of cancer. In the field of genetics, it specializes in investigating cases of hereditary cancer, as well as other rare genetic diseases.

Ayia Napa Marina is the co-organiser again for this year, that will host the Charity Dinner in its place. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an important pillar of the strategic development of Ayia Napa Marina, which stands by supporting practical and long-term programs to improve the living conditions and well-being of Cyprus society.

The Greek popular singers Kaiti Garbi and Dionisis Schoinas and their musicians will be performing live on stage, making the evening even more special. by well-known Greek artists Kaiti Garbi and Dionysis Schinas, and all net proceeds will be donated to support the “Childhood Cancer Research and Diagnosis Program” of the Karaiskakio Foundation.
