Capital.com brings global team together for inaugural ‘Capital.com Week’ in Dubai

Capital.com, the high-growth fintech company , brought together over 650 employees from eight international offices for a spectacular three-day company event in Dubai, designed to celebrate the people behind the brand and foster deeper cross-team connections.

Dubbed Capital.com Week, the event marked one of the largest internal gatherings in the company’s history.

Held at some of Dubai’s most iconic locations—including a dazzling evening at the Armani Hotel overlooking the Dubai Fountain and a magical desert dinner under the stars—staff were treated to a mix of keynote talks, fireside chats, social experiences and surprise guests.

The programme featured insights from Capital.com’s founder Viktor Prokopenya, alongside members of the C-suite, with special appearances from clients and celebrated entrepreneur and speaker Steven Bartlett, who shared his unique perspective on innovation, resilience, and company culture.

Speaking about the event, Eugene Lemesh, Chief People Officer, Capital.com, said, “Capital.com Week was created to say a big thank you. Our people are the heartbeat of our success, and this event was all about recognising the incredible work they do every day. By bringing everyone together, we wanted to celebrate how far we’ve come—and connect as one global team ready to shape the future.”

The company, now with almost 1000 employees worldwide, is known for its strong performance-driven culture and investment in its people. Capital.com Week was attended by staff from London, Limassol, Warsaw, Melbourne, Dubai, Nassau, Sofia and Vilnius.

The event will now become an annual tradition as Capital.com continues to grow and expand its footprint around the globe.
