BidX1 announces upcoming Land Auction – with bidding starting from as low as €100

BidX1, the property auction specialist, has announced details of a dedicated land auction which will bring more than 60 assets across Cyprus to the market – with bidding starting from as low as €100 across the entire catalogue.

The online auction, which is being held in association with Altia, will take place on Wednesday 14 May. The new catalogue is now available to browse on the BidX1 platform.

Hundreds of bidders are expected to take part, attracted by the range of land on offer and the low opening bids set by BidX1.

The catalogue features residential, agricultural and livestock fields, the majority of which have relatively large footprints; most of the assets extend to more than 3,000 sq. m, with some as large at 18,000 sq. m.

Andreas Peratikos, Head of Sales, said, “We’re very excited to be partnering with Altia to host a land-focused auction next month. With bidding starting from as low as €100, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire a land investment at a hugely attractive price, and giving the seller a two-day window after the auction to consider all of the offers received.

“It’s a very transparent and convenient method of sale, with benefits for all parties. If you're looking for land, this is a chance not to be missed.”

The opportunities include a Residential Field in Farmakas, Nicosia, extending to approx. 1,673 sq. m, located just 250m from the local community centre and approx. 200m from the E920 motorway that connects the communities of Farmakas and Kampi. The surrounding area consists of houses and other residential land.

There is also a well-located Agricultural Field in Vouni Village, Limassol extending to approx. 2,509 sq. m, with frontage of approx. 51 m to a registered dirt-road along its southern boundary.

To take part in the upcoming auction, interested parties must pre-register on the BidX1 platform, providing proof of identification and proof of address, as well as a deposit that will be retained only if the bidder is the successful purchaser. Unsuccessful bidders will receive a full refund.

Registration will open on 5 May. In the meantime, BidX1’s team of commercial and residential specialists are available to arrange viewings, answer any questions about the properties, or to assist with the registration process.
