CYENS Centre of Excellence and AAlchemy Ventures enter strategic partnership

A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between CYENS Centre of Excellence and AAlchemy Ventures, in what has been described as “ the beginning of a strategic partnership dedicated to advancing innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup support across Cyprus and beyond.”

CYENS Centre of Excellence is a Research and Innovation Centre specialising in Interactive Media, Smart Systems, and Emerging Technologies while venture capital firm AAlchemy Growth Lab offers a deep mentoring & business acceleration programme.

In a LinkedIn post, CYENS Centre of Excellence noted the MoU had been signed by its General Director, Yiorgos Chrysanthou and said the collaboration would pave the way for joint mentoring initiatives, access to domain expertise and stronger ties across local and international innovation networks.

“Together, we aim to cultivate a more inclusive, supportive, and impactful environment for early-stage ventures with global potential. A heartfelt thank you to the team at AAlchemy Ventures for their shared vision and collaboration. This partnership reinforces our mission to make Nicosia a thriving hub for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship,” the post concluded.
